Frameworks for child protection measures should enable the safe, respectful and inclusive participation of children and young people in art-based projects. Protection concepts are mandatory when working with vulnerable people. What does such a protection concept include? What and who does it protect? How is it filled with life?
Gudrun Schweigkofler Wienerberger most recently managed the Musisches Zentrum Wien, an open house for art for children and young people, for 14 years. She moderates storytelling cafés, workshops and seminars and talks and writes about art, cultural education and art education.
Aim of the workshop: To familiarize participants with child protection and safeguarding concepts, their content and tasks and to further develop their own artistic work with children and vulnerable people in a sensitized manner.
The trainings of the CultureAndHealth Platform are aimed at a broad audience: artists, practitioners and stakeholders from the fields of culture, health and care.
